Meet Chef Amy.


Owner and Executive Chef

Chef Amy’s background is heavily infused into event menus, where local fresh ingredients and memorable cuisine is top priority and many of her secret recipes are long-standing client favorites. Chef Amy loves the daily challenges and team atmosphere at A Cut Above that fosters a true family atmosphere.

Owner // Head of Operations

Originally from New York, Dave has an invaluable work ethic and infectious positive attitude. As he oversees the daily operations at A Cut Above Catering, he is also an owner and husband to Chef Amy. This enthusiastic Giants fan motivates the team by empowering them to do well and is always working right alongside them, leading by example.
