Chef Amy von Eiff has an extensive culinary background, specializing in international as well as Southern Cuisine. She attended Ivy Tech as well as studying abroad in Florence, Italy and has 14 years of experience in event planning and catering. Amy recently garnered national attention being featured as first place winner in a cooking contest with allrecipes.com and Reader’s Digest. Chef Amy’s background in marketing/sales has helped her create a new and exciting custom solution to marketing food to

meet the needs for the corporate executive as well as sells and marketing firms.

Amy is the creator and founder of Dining Divas where she had the opportunity to publish food reviews for a local magazine and had also operated as a personal chef throughout Indianapolis and surrounding counties. She had such a following that she decided to start her own catering company in Carmel, Indiana.

Amy’s true passion for cooking came from watching her grandmother and mother in the kitchen before she was even tall enough to reach the kitchen counter.  Chef Amy loves to create special dishes by infusing new flavors on traditional and southern dishes. Her consistent quality and strive for perfection are apparent in all of her creations. Using only the freshest ingredients, Amy is able to make typical banquet food stand out from the rest.

Our kitchen is available to rent 24/7, 365! The kitchen is on-location in Carmel, IN. It is over 375 square feet and we offer variety of equipment. While renting the kitchen you will have unlimited access to: Dish sink, Prep sink, Kitchen Aid Commercial Mixer, Food Processor, Large Oven, Prep Space, Assembly Space, Refrigeration and Freezer, Meat Slicer, Microwave Oven, Panini Press, Dish and Cookware, Private Parking and Loading, and more.

Our kitchen also comes equipped with Free Wireless Internet and a stereo.
